Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using stackcone.com (the "Site") or engaging stackcone's software development services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or Services.

Description of services

stackcone provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

• AI agent development and AI automation for business
• Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Python full-stack web development (FastAPI, Django, React, Next.js)
• Support copilots and document intelligence AI
• Data engineering and platform migration
• Flutter mobile application development
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps (AWS, GCP, Azure)

The Site serves as an informational resource showcasing our portfolio, blog content, and contact information. Services are provided on a project-by-project basis under separate written agreements.

Service engagements

All project work is governed by a separate written agreement between stackcone and the client. These Terms govern only the use of the Site and general conditions. Specific service deliverables, timelines, pricing, intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, and payment terms are defined in project-specific agreements.

No service engagement begins until both parties have signed a written agreement or statement of work. Contact form submissions and informal discussions do not constitute binding agreements.

Acceptable use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems

We do not warrant that:
