How an engagement works
Every project starts with a short scoping call and a written plan: what we build, what "done" means, the timeline and the price. Scope and price are agreed before any build begins.
We then build in milestones with a working demo at each one, share written progress updates you can read in your own time, and finish with a handover: source code, deployment guide, runbooks and a walkthrough for your team. Yes. We work remotely with companies in many countries, with a small senior team. We agree scope and price in writing before any build and hand over code and documentation your team can run.
How do you work across time zones?
We plan calls in the hours that overlap with your team, then share written updates and milestone demos you can review in your own time.
Can you build GDPR-compliant AI agents?
Yes. We design for data minimisation, regional data residency when required, retention limits, audit trails and human oversight. We align with your DPO and legal team; we do not give legal advice.
How do contracts and payment work?
You can hire and pay through Upwork, which handles the contract and payments, or contract with us directly after a scoping call. Either way, work is split into agreed milestones with a demo at each one.
How long does a first project take?
Most first engagements are fixed-scope pilots of 2 to 6 weeks, for example a RAG chatbot on your documents or an AI agent for one workflow. Larger builds are planned in phases after the pilot.
